__________________________________________
- Inmate must complete a chapter questionnaire and meet with the evaluation team to establish his or her own Life Plan. Inmate must continually work the Life Plan prior to release from prison.
- Membership is continuous until the time of discharge. It will be suspended or terminated if the requirements of attendance and program completion are not met, or if a high moral character is not exhibited.
- Inmate must be an active member for a minimum of six months to be eligible to become a GENESIS ONE graduate.
- Attendance at monthly meeting is mandatory.
- Attendance at weekly accountability meeting is mandatory. Accountability groups are five to seven members.
- Attendance at two religious service each week is mandatory.
- Chapter membership is open to any inmate regardless of race, age, gender, or religious preference. However, that inmate must accept God into his or her life before continuing in the program.
- If an inmate does not adhere to any one of these attendance or behavior requirements, the following action will take place:
- First Notice – a “notice to comply regulation.”
- Second Notice – inmate must go before the sponsor and explain his or her actions.
- More than two notices: inmate may be either permanently expelled from GENESIS ONE or suspended from his or her status “as a member in good standing” for a period of 60, 90, or 120 days, at the discretion of the Chapter Sponsor.
